ProgressNow Arizona, MoveOn and Indivisible Arizona to Deliver 1,000 Petitions Calling on Senator Martha McSally to Support the Impeachment and Removal of Donald Trump

Phoenix—On Tuesday, ProgressNow Arizona and partners will deliver 1,000 petitions, primarily from Republicans and Independents, asking that Sen. Martha McSally support the impeachment and removal of Donald Trump. 

Donald Trump has been charged with articles of impeachment, including abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. No one is above the law, and as an appointed public servant, Sen. McSally needs to listen to what her constituents across the state want.

On Friday, Dec. 13th, the House Judiciary Committee voted to approve 2 articles of impeachment against sitting president Donald Trump. If impeachment passes through the House floor vote, the Senate must have a fair impeachment trial.
